If you are not completely satisfied with any of your Whats Thy Craic products you may return the order to us within 14 days of receipt of payment for either a full refund or exchange (refunds will be credited to your original method of payment).
All items must be returned ‘as sold’ – in re-sellable condition, unworn, with all swing tags attached. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements Whats Thy Craic cannot accept the item back.
If you do need to return your item(s) please follow the instructions shown below:
1: Contact us at email@example.com to let us know whether you want a refund or replacement and the reason why.
2: Send the item(s) to our trading address (shown below), in it’s original packaging, using recorded delivery at your own cost. This will ensure the item is not mislaid in the post (Whats Thy Craic cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not make it back to us).

3: Once the items are returned, they will be checked, and as long as the item(s) meet the satisfactory conditions your refund / exchange will be processed!
What about my delivery charge? – If WE have made a mistake on an item sent to you, or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
